Hi, I’m Sam, the founder of the Rock Bottom blog. We’re a men’s mental heath blog designed to help you take action to improve your mental health and live the life you’ve always wanted.

For as long as I can remember I’ve struggled with my mental health. It’s led me down dark paths of drink & drugs before, I hit Rock Bottom.

Hitting Rock Bottom sparked massive change for me. I finally took control of my life and began learning how to improve my mental health. And now, I want to share everything that’s helped me, to help you.
